Organic Viticulture – Respect for nature
Wine has been grown for more than 2000 years near the Moselle, so that we can look back on a long tradition. We are all the more aware of our responsibility towards this unique cultural landscape. We manage our crops in balance with nature to preserve the complex vineyard ecosystem, thus preserving the optimal basis for our high quality wines. Therefore, the conservation of natural biodiversity in the vineyard plays a major role for us.
The ancient Devonian slate soil of the steep slopes forms the foundation on which our vines grow and gives the grapes their unique minerality and spiciness.
Vegan wine growing – pure natural from conviction
We are convinced that in a good wine is nothing more than the pure grape. That’s why we attach great importance to the fact that our wines can ripen as naturally as possible – without chemical and animal aids. What many people do not realize is that even today many manufacturers clarify their wines with fish gelatin or animal protein, which can be problematic not only for vegans or vegetarians, but in individual cases for allergy sufferers.
Therefore you get with us only the pure grape in the glass.
