Delicately ripened, vegetable and undergrowth nose, partly candied pome and stone fruit (peach, apricot) with nice spice. Creamy, sweet and tart fruit at the same time, lots of caramel and rock candy, very fine acidity, very good persistence on the palate, strong depth, mineral tones, long finish.
